The August SEA Board meeting is cancelled. The next SEA Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, at 10:30 a.m.  The location in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center is TBD.

The Sports & Exhibition Authority (SEA) is governed by a seven member Board of Directors appointed by both the County of Allegheny and the City of Pittsburgh. The SEA's existence is pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).

The Stadium Authority is a sister agency to the SEA. It is governed by a five member Board of Directors appointed by the City of Pittsburgh and also exists pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).
