Courtyard by Marriott

Seeking to encourage private investment and tourism, the SEA sold a building at 951 Penn Avenue to Oxford Development in December 2002. Oxford Development combined this building with three adjoining properties to develop a new downtown hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, located in the heart of the Cultural District.
