The Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (SEA) will receive Statements of Interest for Design Services for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center Pedestrian Enhancements. The Statements of Interest can be viewed and will be submitted via PennDOT’s Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS).  To view go to www.ecms.penndot.pa.gov and refer to Agreement L00957. 



The SEA will receive pricing for Chiller Plant Filtration System Replacement at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

An SEA Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:30 am in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Room 305. There will be no Zoom component for this board meeting.

The Sports & Exhibition Authority (SEA) is governed by a seven member Board of Directors appointed by both the County of Allegheny and the City of Pittsburgh. The SEA's existence is pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).

The Stadium Authority is a sister agency to the SEA. It is governed by a five member Board of Directors appointed by the City of Pittsburgh and also exists pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).
