Press Release: 2026-2 SEG Program Grant Award Announcement
The SEA and its Sports Commission has awarded 15 Sports Event Grants (SEG) Program grants for its second round of 2026 applications totaling $513,700. The awarded grants are projected to generate approximately $41.7 million in economic impact for Allegheny County.

A Stadium Authority Board Meeting will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Executive Board Room, first floor. This meeting will not include a Zoom component.
The Stadium Authority is a sister agency to the SEA. It is governed by a five member Board of Directors appointed by the City of Pittsburgh and also exists pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).
