INTRODUCTION TO REGIONAL DESTINATION FINANCING PLAN

 

The Regional Destination Financing Plan was developed in 1998. It included construction of PNC Park, Heinz Field, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center expansion, riverfront development, and related infrastructure and parking development. Funding sources and uses include the following:
